General Objective

Assisting the Dean in implementing professional development activities for academic leaders, faculty members, and students, enhancing the efficiency of university education performance, and ensuring continuous development and improvement processes.

Responsibilities

  1. Implement plans, programs, and budgets for the agency’s activities after approval.
  2. Propose plans and projects for the professional development of academic leaders, faculty, and students, enhancing the efficiency of university education, and suggest necessary organizational and procedural regulations for implementation.
  3. Participate in designing, developing, reviewing, and implementing projects related to professional development and educational performance efficiency.
  4. Contribute to proposing, organizing, and holding meetings, seminars, and conferences specialized in university education development.
  5. Support the development of academic leaders’ and faculty members’ knowledge and skills, enhancing their professional readiness.
  6. Contribute to developing students’ professional knowledge and skills, improving their preparedness to obtain professional certifications.
  7. Participate in setting, reviewing, and continuously updating performance measurement standards for all activities related to the Deanship.
  8. Manage electronic archiving, organizing, and preserving agency documents to ensure easy retrieval and utilization.
  9. Assist in identifying the agency’s needs for human resources, equipment, and materials, and follow up on their provision.
  10. Contribute to identifying training needs for the Deanship’s human resources and coordinate with relevant units to meet these needs.
  11. Prepare periodic reports on the agency’s achievements and recommendations for development, submitting them to the Dean of Development and Quality.
  12. Perform any other tasks within the scope of responsibility.
